Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are based in San Diego, California, USA, but we ship worldwide! If it does not allow you to complete checkout for an international order, please message us via Instagram @hellakulit or shoot us an email at hellakulit@gmail.com so that we can enable your country's shipping destination.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping days are Monday and Friday. Sometimes we ship out same day/next day, but we will always do our best to get your HK gear out ASAP! We do not ship on Sundays. Please allow 3-7 days for domestic shipping and 10-14 days for international shipping. We ship via USPS (US & Canada) and UPS (other International).

If you choose "Priority 2-3 Day Shipping" at checkout, please note that this is the shipping time promised by the USPS with guaranteed delivery, once they receive the package. This does not mean that you will receive your order within 2 days from the time your order was placed. Our shipping days are the same.

Please refer to your tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation may go to your spam inbox, so please check your spam mail if you did not receive it. Unfortunately once your package is in the hands of the postal service, our only form of keeping track of your package is through your order's tracking number.

  • Issues with delivery?

*We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail! Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen mail, but please reach out to us so we can try our best to help you out with the inconvenience.

If you did not receive your order, but your order is showing "delivered" on your tracking, please contact your local post office as soon as possible. We do not have control of packages once they are in the possession of USPS/UPS.

If your order fails delivery due to an incorrect address provided or issue with mail carrier being able to complete delivery for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for repaying for shipping to get their order shipped back out, or the customer may request a 50% refund (excluding shipping costs) of their order total that will be issued once the package is back in our possession. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us via email or Instagram ASAP so that we can get that fixed for you! Unfortunately we do not issue refunds if the package is not returned back to us, ie. lost in transit or stolen.

 

 

Warranty and Product Policies:

  • STICKERS & DECALS

All vinyl decals, slaps, and peeker stickers have a one year warranty that covers water damage, fading from sun damage or malfunction with the adhesive. All of our stickers should outlast much over a year, but we want to make sure that you'll be 100% happy with our products for the long haul! If your stickers or decals undergo any of these issues before a year of purchasing, please reach out and we will replace your stickers or decals for FREE! We do not cover replacements for careless application mistakes. We only ask that you provide us with photos of the current condition of your decal/stickers.

Notes for vinyl decals: Always make sure to apply your vinyl decals in warmer temperatures. Applying a vinyl decal in colder temps may affect the adhesive and cause the decal to peel prematurely. For our Sun & Stars decals, please note that they are thin, delicate designs and should not be scrubbed on. Please use extra care and patience when applying onto your desired surface. If your decal appears "bubbled" when you receive it in the mail, use a squeegee or flat edge to carefully remove the air bubbles. This is normal as extreme heat or cold during shipping can cause the transfer tape to open up air bubbles. Do NOT throw the decal out, it is still usable! 

ARTWORK DISCLAIMER: Hella Kulit does not own the copyrights to the original characters from said animations and cartoons. Our team of artists simply recreate these characters with our own creative spin as fanart. For all original artwork, Hella Kulit owns all copyright, and ownership has been paid for and transferred to Hella Kulit from credited artists for exclusive use.

  • APPAREL

If any of your gear arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within a week of receiving your order and we will replace the items for a discounted price. We quality check all of our apparel before shipping them out, but occasionally there's always that one HELLA kulit tee that makes its way into our good stock ._. Shipping costs for replacing defective products is always on us!!

*Due to COVID-19 procedures, all apparel purchases cannot be returned or exchanged once in possession of the customer. Our apologies for the inconvenience! Please feel free to contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing, and we will make sure to help you out :)

 

DISCLAIMER: Hella Kulit and its affiliates are not responsible and cannot be held accountable for any issues you may encounter with law enforcement due to the use of our products. This includes correctional tickets, etc. All products sold are solely for aesthetic and decorative purposes for your vehicle. Please check your local county laws for specific laws and restrictions. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by our products due to improper handling and neglegence.
